My 1-on-1 sessions are a mix of spiritual and mindset practises.

I work with you to help you process and heal past trauma that are keeping you stuck in an unhappy cycle. A cycle that makes you feel you are in a constant battle with your ADHD and how you’re perceived by the world around you.

I believe you can heal yourself, you simply need a guide to show you and give you the tools to help you on your journey.

Tools like guided meditations, breathwork exercises, and affirmations will go hand in hand with the shadow work we’ll do.

It’s about deprogramming those toxic thought patterns you’ve created and reprogramming your mind with a healthier and more constructive way of thinking.
